The objective of this project was to create a modern shopping environment that reflects BIBA’s identity while maximizing customer movement, merchandise visibility, and visual merchandising opportunities.

The project involved complete retail execution from site preparation to final handover, including civil work, premium furniture manufacturing, electrical installation, lighting systems, HVAC coordination, branding installation, trial rooms, cashier area, storage, display fixtures, and finishing.

The final showroom offers a premium shopping experience with efficient space utilization and elegant retail presentation.
